1. Appointment Scheduling:
• Appointments can be made by phone, email, in person, or through our online booking system.
• We recommend scheduling appointments in advance to ensure availability.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice for cancellation may result in a cancellation fee.
3. Size Booking:
• We do not accommodate incorrect size bookings. Kindly take into account the size of your pet when making a booking.
4. Health and Vaccinations:
• For the safety of all pets and our staff, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations. This includes rabies and other relevant vaccines.
• If your pet is found to have fleas or ticks, we may administer treatment at your expense. Fleas shampoo will be administered upon detecting any fleas or ticks, with an additional charge for environment cleaning starting from $50
5. Matted Coats:
• At Fluff&Buff, the well-being of your pet is our utmost concern. Heavy matting, if not attended to, can lead to discomfort and stress for your pet and pose challenges during removal. Addressing this requires extra time and care, incurring a surcharge of $15 per 15 minutes.
6. Nail Trimming:
• Our groomers will trim a pet's nails only if the pets permits. If the pet shows resistance during the nail trim, the service will be omitted for the safety of both the pet and our groomers. The full-service price remains applicable even if the nail trim is not carried out.
7. Pet Behaviour:
• While we strive to provide a comfortable environment, some pets may become anxious or agitated during grooming.
• We reserve the right to halt or modify services if we believe it is in the pet’s best interest, time and service charges will be applicable, with payment required upon the pickup of your pets.
8. Owners Attendance:
• In the interest of your pet's safety, our staff, and yourself, we kindly request that owners refrain from being present during the grooming process. This precaution aims to avoid potential grooming challenges, as pets can become more difficult to handle or pose an increased risk of injury when overly excited or attempting to reach their owners. Experience shows that 99% of pets settle well when their owners step out during grooming.
9. Grooming Outcomes:
• We make every effort to meet your pet’s grooming needs, but results can vary depending on the condition of the pet’s coat and behavior.
• We will discuss the desired grooming style with you before starting and aim to achieve your expectations.
10. Liability:
• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, accidents can occur. Fluff&Buff Pet Grooming Studio is not liable for injuries or illnesses that may arise during or after grooming.
11. Payment:
• Payment for grooming services is due at the time of pick-up.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified.
12. Late Pick-Up:
• We kindly request that you pick up your pet promptly at the scheduled time. A late pick-up fee may apply if you are significantly delayed.
13. Special Instructions:
• Please inform us of any specific requests or medical conditions related to your pet when scheduling the appointment.
14. Privacy Policy:
• We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent.
15. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
• These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will be available on our website.
